from the highway, to the property is uphill, so yes it is strenuous. we can get you a lift,provided, we have live comunication. phone.
How far is hotel from a beach were you can swim can you walk
you can walk in aproximate 25 minutes, or less. is all down hill. or we can give you a ride in less then 5 minutes. the beach is calles conchas chinas (las pilitas.)
What are the fees for 14kg dog?
there are no fees, just rules. no barking, well behaved, trained. thats it. love pets.
Do you have airport shuttle? If not how much for Uber or taxi from airport?
i am sorry we do not have a shuttle from the airport. taxi around 280.00 pesos. Uber a little less. provided you get them on the other side of the pedestrian bridge.

yes we have a ground floor, and an elevator.

policy is that of any other hotel. good manners, and honesty. (much more on paper) . yes we are gay friendly. (everyone is welcomed, as well as well trained, and behaved little pets.)
Is their transportation that this place offers from the airport to the lactation?
no. we sussgesst you exit the airport to the left, go above the pedestrian bridge, and as you exit the bridge there are yellow cabs, that will save you about 40% off the cost. for an additional saving try getting an uber car.
Is there a sitting/dining area availability on the balcony?
yes , there is a large enough area to sit down and have a meal, or drinks.

yes, there is parking available.
Will we need to reserve a space in advance for parking off the street?
no. parking on and off the street, and covered area, is subject to availability. (so far we haven´t had a problem with parked cars anywhere)

yes we have space for you to park your car.
we like at least a partial Ocean view, do the studio with terrace rooms have ocean views? are there restaurants nearby without going down the hill?
i will take care of the room asignment , and make sure you have an ocean view. there is a restaurant next door.

all our units have private bathrooms.
Do you have strong wifi? I would need to work in the room.
yes we do. however in some rooms the signal is intermitent. the pool area, and lobby have a steady strong signal at all times.
Do all of the studios with mountain view have a terrace? What view can I ask for?
we only have one studio with a mountain view. it does have a little balcony, two chairs and a small drinks table. this room was named after the only view it has (hill mountain view.)

While most of our guests enjoy a beautiful ocean view. There is always a possibility that upon arrival the best ocean view is not available. Will always do our best to please

It's a restaurant on the Beach (los muertos) a long with all other restaurants it allows acceso based on comsuption.
